​Ordering Process

Step 1
Measuring the size of the mirror you want.
We need the width and the height of your new mirror and you can provide us with the exact sizes (like 60.27” x 38.12” | 1530mm x 968mm). We make our mirrors with extreme precision with our CNC operated cutting process. You can also provide irregular shapes or cut outs in the mirror for the faucet for example. Or you can make a drawing, or make a paper template, or send us an AutoCAD file.
Step 2
Select the Mirror Type
We offers many different types of mirrors and all are made to the size you want. Select the mirror type you prefer and you also may take a look at the options we have available. From defoggers, to motion sensors that automatically turn on the light when you walk in the bathroom.
Step 3
Quotation for your customized mirror
Once you have all the information, we will make a quotation for you that includes all the costs. The mirror ships complete with everything you need. We also send you a pre-production sketch so that you can see your new mirror in the correct proportions with all specifications.
Step 4
Review all the details
You can now review all the details of your new mirror, and re-measure to make sure that the sizes, the options and specifications are correct. Please contact us if you like to make changes, or if everything looks good to go, we will send you our final production drawing and invoice that you would need to sign before we can start production.
Step 5
How to Order
It usually takes 3-4 weeks to manufacture your new mirror, but often we can expedite this if needed. During the production process we implement the highest quality control standards in the industry to ensure the delivery of a prefect product. For the transport of your mirror we use selected, specialized and experienced transportation companies. Once your order shipped, we will send you a tracking number, or a shipping reference and you can contact the transportation company directly to schedule the delivery to your address.
